Upon request from a Canadian client in the HVAC industry, Paykra Tool and Die Inc. designed and built a die to stamp an actuator cover using a customer-supplied part print as well as die-stamp the part. The part uses galvanized steel and measures 6.500″ (165.1mm) long, 5.500″ (139.7mm) wide and 2.000″ (50.8mm) high. Our precision die stamping design and manufacturing processes ensured that the part met all of the customer’s specifications. The medium-volume production run part is currently delivered to the customer located in Canada within 3 to 4 weeks of receiving an order.
