Paykra Tool and Die Inc. offers contract manufacturing services for custom metal stampings. The metal stamping process is typically intended for higher volume, long run production parts as there is usually a higher tooling (stamping die) cost up front but lower part production cost. Our metal stamping equipment includes a variety of punch presses that may be suitable for your requirements with a capacity of up to 120 tons and advanced features such as tonnage monitors, fiber-optic die protection, servo feeds and high-speed capabilities. We are knowledgeable in both single operation and progressive dies to blank, pierce, draw, extrude and form your custom metal stampings. Additional post-stamping services such as deburring, heat treating, plating, etc. are offered as well. We have experience in a wide range of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper in thicknesses ranging from 0.0043″ to 0.125″. We work to precision tolerances and ensure the quality of our parts with a goal of zero defects. Our in-house tool room ensures quick die repairs and reduced downtime for on time delivery.
We specialize in supplying quality metal stampings, for various industries, and a wide range of applications. For more information on our metal stamping services, please see the table below or contact us today.
