Paykra Tool and Die Inc. was able to design and build a progressive die to stamp and supply a press fit corner for a client in the window-and-door industry. We stamped the part using cold-rolled steel and barrel-plated it in yellow zinc after stamping. The part measures 3.500″ (88.9mm) long, 3.500″ (88.9mm) wide and 0.400″ (10.2mm) high. The material thickness is 16 gauge/ 0.060″ and it meets the tightest tolerances of +/- 0.005″ (0.13mm). We shipped the parts to our customer located in the USA within 3 to 4 weeks of receiving an order.
